'Selena Gomez: My Mind and Me' is an upcoming 2022 documentary film about American singer and actress Selena Gomez and her life over six years of her career. The film is directed by Alek Keshishian who is known for directing Madonna's 'Truth or Dare' documentary film.
Development
The documentary follows Gomez on a six-year journey starting from around 2015, after Keshishian directed Gomez's Hands to Myself music video. When talking about the film Keshishian said:
Release and promotion
Gomez announced the release of her documentary with a short clip posted to her Instagram. The film is set to premiere at the 2022 Open AFI Festival on the 2nd of November 2022, at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.
