'Male Nilluvavarege' (2015) is a Kannada film directed by Mohan Shankar. The movie is based on L S Sudhindra's Kannada drama adaptation of the 1956 Swiss novel 'A Dangerous Game' by Friedrich Drrenmatt which had earlier been adapted in Marathi as 'Shantata! Court Chalu Aahe' (1971) based on Vijay Tendulkar's Marathi drama adaptation and which later went on to be adapted in Hindi as 'Chehre' (2021) and in Bengali as 'Anusandhan' (2021).
