'Khoon Aur Paani' is a 1981 Hindi-language action film, produced by A. A. Nadiadwala under the A.G.Films Pvt. Ltd. banner and directed by Chand. It stars Feroz Khan, Jeetendra, Rekha, Parveen Babi and music composed by LaxmikantPyarelal.
Plot
The film begins in a village where Thakur Ranveer Singh a baleful slave driver, conducts vandalism along with his younger brother Vikram Singh. At the same, a peasant Singh lives with his wife and two sons Ram & Lakshman and strives hard for cultivation. Once, Ram tries to divert water from Thakurs fields when Vikram Singh slaughters his father. Then, enraged Ram kills Ranveer Singh and amputates Vikram. In that mortal peril, Mrs. Singh flees with the children and destiny detaches them. Ram is rescued by bandits since he lost his memory, they name him as Thanedaar Singh whereas Lakshman is reared by Commissioner Bhalla as Rakesh. Years roll by, Thanedaar Singh becomes a justice-seeking dacoit, and Rakesh a CBI Officer who falsifies as a criminal. Ongoing they find their love interests Champa & Rita respectively. Now, Vikram Singh acquires the summits in the netherworld with his brothers son Vijay Singh. They commit crimes under the grab of Thanedaar Singh and deface him. However, Thanedaar Singh & Rakesh check their pawn and they abscond. Later, they plot to abduct Champa when Rita protects her and shelters Mrs. Singh, leading a penniless life in the ruined temple. Meanwhile, Rakesh is appointed to apprehend Thanedaar Singh. Here, Rakesh forges himself as a huge dacoit Raaka and calls Thanedaar to a duel, and two are severely injured in the combat. Unknowingly, their mother saves them by donating her blood. Thereafter, Thanedaar escapes and Rakesh chases him. Soon, the battle erupts when Mrs. Singh recognizes them by their lockets, and Thanedaar also recoups his memory. At last, the siblings fuse and cease the baddies. Finally, the movie ends with Ram surrendering to Lakshman and he is sentenced short-term penalty.
