'The Song of the Scarlet Flower' (Swedish: 'Sngen om den eldrda blomman') is a 1956 Swedish drama film directed by Gustaf Molander and starring Jarl Kulle, Anita Bjrk and Ulla Jacobsson.'Nordic National Cinemas' p.201 It was shot at the Rsunda Studios in Stockholm. The film's sets were designed by the art director P.A. Lundgren. It is one of several film adaptations of the 1905 novel 'The Song of the Blood-Red Flower' by Finnish author Johannes Linnankoski.
