'Istvan Bors' (Hungarian: 'Bors Istvn') is a 1939 Hungarian comedy film directed by Viktor Bnky and starring Antal Pger, Jzsef Bihari and Klri Tolnay. Rozenblit p.213 It is based on a 1938 play by Sndor Hunyady, and was screened at the Venice Film Festival. The following year it was remade as an Italian film 'Big Shoes' starring Amedeo Nazzari.
The film's sets were designed by the art directors Jzsef Pn and Jzsef Simoncsics.
