'To the Orient' (Swedish: 'Till sterland') is a 1926 Swedish silent drama film directed by Gustaf Molander and starring Lars Hanson, Jenny Hasselqvist and Mona Mrtenson.Larsson & Marklund p.90Qvist & Von Bagh p.29 It was shot at the Rsunda Studios in Stockholm and on location in Jaffa and Jerusalem in Mandatory Palestine. The film's sets were designed by the art director Vilhelm Bryde. Based on the novel 'Jerusalem' by Selma Lagerlf, it is the sequel to the 1925 film 'Ingmar's Inheritance'.
