'Livingstone' aka 'Bula Matari'p. 526 'The Illustrated London News', Volume 177, Issue 1 Illustrated London News & Sketch Limited, 1930 is a 1925 British silent biographical film produced, directed by and starring M.A. Wetherell in the title role. It also starred Molly Rogers and Henry Walton.[https://web.archive.org/web/20090520140350/http://ftvdb.bfi.org.uk/sift/title/40524 BFI.org] It depicts the life of the African missionary David Livingstone including his efforts to end slavery and bring education in Africa and his celebrated meeting with Henry Morton Stanley.
