"'Chains Around My Heart'" is a song by American singer songwriter Richard Marx, which was released as the fourth and final single from his third studio album 'Rush Street'. The single reached number 44 on the 'Billboard' Hot 100 chart.

Australian singer John Farnham recorded a version of the track as a B-side for his single "Burn for You".
