'Enforcement' is a 2020 Danish crime action film directed by Frederik Louis Hviid and Anders lholm. The story is about 19-year-old Talib Ben Hassi's life hangs in the balance. What exactly happened while he was in police custody remains uncertain. Two officers, Jens and Mike, are on a routine patrol in the Svalegrden ghetto when the news of Talib's death comes, and an untamed rage among the young people leads to rebellion and a demand for revenge. Suddenly, the two officers have been hunted wild, and have to fight for their lives to get out.

Reception



Joe Morgenstern found the physical action "more compelling than the superheated plot". 'Variety' Peter Debruge praised the film as "gripping" and a "smart, nonstop thriller". Simon Abrams rated the film one and a half stars out of five in his review for RogerEbert.com.
