Wikipedia article

'Self-Censorship' is a 2017 Taiwanese documentary film directed by filmmaker Kevin H.J. Lee. It explores how Beijing limits freedom of expression in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Lee likened the documentary making to starting a movement and hopes it would make more people contemplate the meaning of democracy and understand that they need to do more than vote. To reach out to as many people as possible, the film is open source and online for free public viewing.
