'Excess Luggage' is a 2017 Nigerian comedy movie directed by Damijo Efe Young. It was co-produced by IK Ogbonna and Nikky Ufondu. The movie stars Mike Ezeruonye, Denrele Edun and Fred Amata. The film has been described as 'silly'.

Synopsis



The movie revolves around a family divided with the notion of literacy and illiteracy, city and village lives. Enyinna's car experienced a mechanical fault while going to the Canaanland with his wife Ugonma and their son. Their stop over in their rich and educated family who lives in the city created the comics throughout the movie.

Premiere



The movie was premiered at the IMAX Filmhouse, Lekki, Lagos and it was attended by the casts and other celebrities such as; Monalisa Chinda, Ayo Makun, Adunni Ade, Sonia Ogbonna, Bryan Okwara, and Alex Ekubo.
