'Pearls Before Swine' is a 1999 film by Australian director Richard Wolstencroft that premiered at the Stockholm International Film Festival in November 1999.[https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0183641]

The film portrays the life of a hitman with an interest in such things as fascism, S&M, collecting erotic literature, Doctor Who, and philosophy. The plot concerns the assassin being given a contract on a controversial author. The leading role in the film is played by musician and occasional radio personality Boyd Rice.

The plot centers around controversial author Morton Bugs, played incognito as Daniel by Boyd Rice. Daniel starts off as a pay-for-hire gunmen who runs with a gang who are a slay-for-pay organ thieving gang. He accepts a hit-job with a cohort to kill 'himself 'at a later date. In the meantime he and his BDSM loving girlfriend live a life of destructive pleasures. Daniel swaps sex with a pandering friend and his girlfriend. Daniel seeks psychiatric help but lulls the doctor into the thrill of his world. He then kills his gang contact and flees the country vowing "to the New Dawn!".
