Plot
The Joint Chiefs of Staff want to send some ARVNSF troops to North's inbin F for the 'Dienbien-Fu Operation'. But all have been caught or killed by Chinese spies as Kiu Loan (Kiu Chinh), except Major Ngc Minh (L Qunh).
